Entry Guidelines

Please note that there’s limited display space and we want to show all the entries - so please keep them as compact as possible.

Entries must be handed in to Tealing Hall on Friday 15 June between 5 and 6.30pm. Judging will take place from 7pm onwards. All of the entries will then be laid out in the hall for viewing when the show opens to the public the following day at 9.30am.

First, seconds and thirds in each class will be awarded winners certificates. Any commendations are at the discretion of the judges.

The Tealing Creative Show Cups, for the best entries from an adult and a child, will be presented during the show in Tealing Hall at 10.15am on Saturday 16 June.

Exhibits should be collected between 10.40am and 10.55am on Saturday (to make way for the activity displays which start at 11am). Any entries not collected in time will be removed and put aside.

All entries must have the correct short entry form (see below) enclosed inside a small sealed blank envelope attached to the item. The independent judges will not see any names until after the judging process is completed. Envelopes must therefore be securely attached to the entry (e.g. underneath or behind) but not show the entrant’s name – or they risk disqualification.
