Mrs Christina Campbell tells the story "for a period in 1950, white apparitions, covered completely in white sheets, floated in and out of the trees whenever anyone came off the bus at Tealing Woods. Following up complaints, PC Middleton became involved and, in spite of his watchful eye over a period 3/4 weeks, didn't manage to solve the mystery. It eventually turned out that the "the ghosts" were mischievous local lads, the Morgan, Ramsay and Carrie boys, just fooling around!"
